This soprano, born in Cluj, Romania, graduated from the Music University in Bucharest while singing in the Philharmonie George Enescu Chorus there. She then went to further her studies at Leipzig University for Music, where she passed her exams whilst working in the chorus at Musical Comedy Leipzig. In 2007/08 she moved to Oper Leipzig and joined the chorus at Oper Frankfurt in 2008/09 where she has sung solo roles including a Squire in Lohengrin, a Madrigal Singer in Manon Lescaut and solos in Die Frau ohne Schatten (servant), Idomeneo and Peter Grimes. Now she adds Elektra’s Confidante to this list.
